In the early 1980’s, Via Builders started providing services to our first clients in Los Altos. Our roots began with Saviano Company in Los Altos Hills in 1961 where Via Builders founder and President, Ralph Saviano, worked with his father, Dominick, on various grading, paving, landscaping and remodeling projects— both commercial and residential. Upon graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Ralph Saviano started buying, improving and selling homes in the Los Altos and Los Altos Hills area and went on to establish Via Builders. Ralph’s experience with his Father, extensive Real Estate dealings, as well as work with local residences, municipalities and businesses is foundational to the operations of Via Builder’s today.

Via’s history of building relationships with those we work for and with has allowed us to continuously improve upon the services we provide to our clients and use our unmatched unique and extensive experience in the custom-residential building industry. Via’s key staff and employees are also a result of positive relationships and consistent service to our clients, with some of our staff approaching 3 decades of working together! Our combined experience and service has been trusted on over 400 residential and commercial projects. While there are quality companies you can work with for your project, there are few—if any— in the greater Bay Area with the same experience that has been tested and proven for as many years and on as many custom projects as Via Builders.
