Before you invest, you may need help determining if your concept for a new home, remodel or other improvement(s) will work for you economically, and/or if your vision fits within your city guidelines. At no cost to you, we will provide a preliminary plan and budget of your concept that fits within the City Planning & Zoning guidelines. We provide this service prior to you paying any fee or committing to a project with Via Builders.
Turn-Key
Via Builders provides complete project management from initial concept to your occupancy of space.
1. We work with you on developing your concept and design preferences into a set of plans. We tailor the plans to be consistent with the governing city’s requirements for permit applications.
2. As early as possible, we establish comprehensive budgets and time schedules for all the projects activities.
3. Next, we navigate the city/county’s Entitlement-Permit approval process.
4. We sign for your permits as your General Contractor, managing your projects construction, budgets, and schedule through final completion and occupancy. This includes the construction of structures, often landscape, and any other property improvements you may want us to oversee.
Builder
Via Builders works with you and your Architect/Design professional to construct your project.
1. Via gives input and feedback on your plans, develops budgets and time schedules of work.
2. We sign for your permits as your General Contractor, managing your projects construction, budgets, and schedule through final completion and occupancy. This includes the construction of structures, often landscape, and any other property improvements you may want us to oversee.
