We hired Via to renovate our home because we were looking for a builder with a strong sense of integrity, an excellent reputation and solid experience. They did not disappoint! When their trucks left for the last time and the sign was taken down, we felt pleased because we had become a high performing team and we knew they would stand by their quality craftsmanship and excellent construction work. Via’s problem-solving ability was the key to our project’s success. Every time we hit a roadblock or made changes, Via would present us with several options as to how to solve an issue. They never said “no” and were surprisingly creative, customer focused and available. The office was also top notch and friendly. They sat with us on several occasions and reviewed the details of our project with patience. We especially liked the way Ralph understands his staff and treats them with respect and kindness.
