We worked with Via to build a custom home from ground up in 2014-15. I'm an industry professional myself and had high expectations/standards when it came to building our own home. Having worked on many different projects over the years, I will be the first person to tell you there is no 'perfect contractor' and there will be moments of tension in any project. For me, it's the way the contractor handles disagreements and issues that arises that really sets a great contractor apart from others. Throughout our construction, I found everyone who I interacted with at Via to be pleasant to work with and when any problems did arise, everyone was willing to work with each other to bring out the best outcome. Recently, we found a minor problem 2 yrs after completion of the project. Via responded immediately and went above and beyond to locate the cause of the problem and make everything right. The experience confirmed that they stand behind their work and take pride in their workmanship. I would recommend them for any major project.
